The backrest is easy to install and remove.

If you have the original plate and lock mechanism from BMW, you can purchase the backrest seperately.

Purchase the lock cylinder from your BMW dealer to have it keyed to your motorcycle key.
This part does not require TÜV approval.
Make your own combination. If you want a variation with a handle attached, you only need the plate or the backrest to complete your comfort packet. If you want a special set-up, just send us an email and let us know.
