The engineer Günter Verholen (owner of MV Motorradtechnik GmbH) succeeded in manufacturing an adjustable tube handlebar which fits virtually all motor bikes with tube handlebars – manufactured from 1910 until the present (and in the future!).
Tube handlebars have existed since the beginning of the mass produced motorcycles. So have different arm lengths. There are only a few lucky riders among us who take a bike and say: That’s perfect. Quite a lot of us would like to have the tube a little bit closer or perhaps a little bit higher. Most experienced riders have endured the well-known problems in the body and neck area after prolonged riding caused by the tensed position of the arms. Günter Verholen has been successful in solving this problem for motorcycles with tube handlebars.
The new development satisfies all demands on adjustability. A play of 70 mm for “closer, higher or further” is available. Within only 2 minutes the steering tube is easily adapted to the course. Now you can enjoy riding with high tube position on an Interstate as well as a low tube position for sporty riding in the mountains.
The following applies only to consumer from Germany:
The adapter is shipped with TÜV approval. The models which we list, have been accepted with this motorcycle accessory. For all other models, an individual acceptance can be made. You will need to take your bike in for inspection and approval.
On the tube handlebars with 22 mm you can fit a ball for fixing of your GPS.

We thank you for your understanding that we can not test all makes and models. However we are interested in your feedback. Please share your experience with us. We are especially interested in knowing if your brake or clutch hoses are long enough.
TIP: The brake hose is usually long enough. It just needs to be repositioned behind the handlebar to give you a few extra centimeters. Pay close attention that the lines are not stretched or pinched.
F.Y.I.: Please note that our list indicates only a small selection of motorcycles, however, our new handlebar adapter is suitable for all types of motorcycles with tube handlebars!!!
Currently the adapter is available for 22 mm and 25.4 mm handlebars.
