CLS 200µ Chain Lubrication System - cls_200

The CLS 200µ is an electronically, temperature controlled chain lubricator which guarantees the permanent grease and cleaning if the chain.
The advantages:
•Permanent chain lubrication extends the duration of the chain considerably:
- marginal wearing
- automatic cleaning with fresh lubricating grease
- lower heating of the chain
- Easier chain operation
- up to 2 kW more capacity
•Ideal for frequent drivers, long distance drivers or those who simply do not want to manually lubricate the chain anymore.
•With the rotary control the lubrication output is also adjustable during riding. Releasing of the saddle for adjusting the system is unnecessary. Advantageous for example during riding with luggage, by night or when it rains.
•The installed electronic balances the temperature-related flow characteristic of the oil. Thus adjusting due to different temperatures is unnecessary.
•The oil tank is available in four different sizes (without additional charges): 100ml, 150 ml, 250 ml. The range – depending on the size of the tank – lasts for several thousand kilometer - i.e. 250 ml last for abt. 19.000 km!
•The positioning of the oil tank and the electronic is not depending to a certain position.
•The system is suitable for motorbikes with carburetor and injection system.
•The lubricator is only active with running engine. Changes in the on-board electronics are not necessary.
•With the lubricator the cleaning of the rim is easier then with using chain lubrication spray.
•Very low running costs. The oil is significantly low-priced then using chain lubrication sprays.
•No wear parts.
•Changing into another motorbike is possible without any problem.
•The used high-performance chain adhesive oil is toxicological harmless.
•1.0 Liter chain adhesive oil (included in the set) lasts for about 80.000 km!
•Waterproof, robust construction
•TÜV-proofed, EC-Type Approval – registration in car documents not necessary!
The controlling electronic of the CLS products has a guarantee time of 36 month.
The warranty claim voids in case of shortening of cables, opening the electronic box and in case of an activated internal overvoltage. The overvoltage is activated in case the control device is directly connected to the overvoltage-protection or in case that the regulator is defect.
