MV Driver Footrest Adapter Yamaha FJR 1300 2006+
For lowering the the driver's footpegs.
To improve the individual comfort level, we have developed this footrest adapters for the Yamaha FJR 1300 from model 2006.
Due to the position of the hinge bearing of the brake lever, a different adapter had to be constructed for the right side of the Yamaha FJR 1300. This special construction reflects in a higher price.
Maybe you yet experienced problems in your knees and groins after riding for a longer time.
With our footrests you will enjoy the legroom which corresponds your body height. The adjustableness is possible through the universal adapter which is capable of up to a 40 mm extension. For cross-country riding our footrest is easily changed against the original ones.
After fitting the adapter is adjustable in a way that the footrest is placed straight downwards and thus the distance to the gear and brake lever is relatively equal.
As with all MV adjustable kits, the footrest adapter makes for a quick change. With a little hand work and an Allen key, the adapter can be adjusted from low to high or high to low. Finding the optimal position is easy.
The advantage of these adapters is that the original foot rest remains.

Lowering footpegs means less room to lean the bike. That means, you can scrape your pegs. Since this kit is adjustable, you can find your own optimal position.
