MV footrest lowering for rider - Adjustable for BMW R100GS 92 and Mystik

The new footrest adapters from MV Verholen leave nothing to be desired! Please note that the adapters can only be fitted if you drill the hole for the spring position on your footrest yourself.

The adjustment options are as varied as the possible applications. In its basic form, the adapter fits 98 % of all motorbike models and is supplemented by a universal adapter for a lowering of 40 mm.

This allows you to achieve natural ergonomics for a sporty or comfortable touring seating position with the adjustable footrests. The optimum leg angle is 90°. A bent leg angle can impair the blood supply and lead to unpleasant complaints such as varicose veins.

Once fitted, the adapters can be adjusted so that the footrest is positioned vertically downwards, keeping the distance to the gear lever and brake lever relatively constant. Please note that lowering the footrest also reduces the lean angle clearance.

    A major advantage of these adapters is that the original footrest is retained.

You can now order a NON-anodised sample to test the seating position with our footrest adapters. You only have to pay the return postage. After the test, please return the non-anodised adapters to us.
