Shipment and Delivery Cost

1. General Terms

Normally, the offers on this website apply only to end customers who reside in the European Union. Exceptions require a separate agreement.

2. Delivery Time

We will start processing your order immediately, at the latest on the next business day. The delivery time generally is 2-3 business days (subject to availability).

Please be informed that we will check credit cart details before the delivery will be arranged, or in case of special orders based on customer's requirements will charge your account before manufacturing the ordered parts.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 We charge delivery cost of 7,50 Euro (within Germany) for each package up to 5 kgs gross weight. For COD orders (within Germany), an additional fee of + 9,75 EUR accrue.

Foreign Customers:
For shipments into all foreign countries, the delivery cost will be charged based on gross weight and zone. At least, we charge 12,65 Euro for the first 1 kg shipping weight.

When ordering, the shipping charges per order are shown for each country during the order processing.

UPS will charge us 5.00 € in addition in case of address corrections or changes. Therefore, please carefully check your address information before sending the order.

COD is not available for all countries

3.2 In case of payment method COD, we will charge 9,75 Euro within Germany and 21,20 Euro worldwide in addition to the shipping cost.

3.3 Over-sized parcels (= volume weight*) and packages weighing over 5 kgs gross weight within Germany and over 1 kg gross weight worldwide accrue additional delivery costs. These will be shown during the order processing.

*The volume weight is calculated as follows:
Length of the parcel in cm x Width in cm x Height in cm : 6.000 = Gross Weight

3.4 It is also possible that your package may be subject to customs dues or tariff fees. These additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delays

Should a delay or back-order occur, you will be informed by email or telephone.

5. Back Orders

Should a product on your order or your entire order not be available, we will ship it/them as soon as they are in stock.

6. Reservation

We reserve the right to substitute a product for one of similar cost and/or workmanship, should a product or service become unavailable.
