GVS Clamping block

Our clamping blocks are ideal for quickly securing cut-to-size panels or flame-cut parts of any shape. Panel processing often involves strong vibrations. With conventional clamping blocks, it is not possible to position a clamping block from below in this area. With a height of 100 mm, this is possible at any time with our system.

In addition, many CNC milling machines are unable to move their spindle head down to the table, which means that long tools have to be used. Our 90 mm clamping blocks in Z significantly improve this situation.

The 100 mm length of the mounting groove means that there are no longer any borderline cases when it comes to fixing a workpiece, which is another advantage of our system. Our clamping system is also a significant advantage and a change when clamping turned parts, flanges and round blanks. The alternative clamping of such parts in a lathe chuck has the following disadvantages:

1. The position of the holes to be machined is very often in the area of the jaws of the lathe chuck. The workpieces are clamped from above with conventional clamping irons (which are included in the set).

2. You always need the right jaws for the respective workpiece.

3. Clamping in the lathe chuck and the only three clamping points available cause vibrations during milling. You can use any number of clamping jaws at any time. The workpieces are clamped from above using conventional clamping irons.
